We understand that success of any project depends on the quality of communication between you and hired offshore software development team in China. In each day, our developer follows this work process. Estimate work/task for at least 8 hours. Each tasks will not exceed 6 hours. Deliver work at the end of the day, update the work plan, and make the new estimation for the next 8 hours. He/She will have close communication with client.

Our Trial Program allows you to work with your chosen developer. You will be able to determine if the developer is a good fit for your team. If the developer is a good fit, we move into the full contract period and the developer will join your team; if not, we can recommend another developer and continue the process. You are encouraged to try us with a trial project to evaluate the developers' communication/working efficiency. The trial project only needs to be charged upon your satisfactory.
