| Project Description:
This is for a car-cleaner brush project. We need to complete the body (must be waterproof) soft rubber or palstic (TPE perhaps). We want a 3-4 colour all-soft component. We have completed large parts of thsi design in a CAD package (We work in Solidworks, but can supply files in any CAD fromat you need) but lack expertise in completing the design of one part. This part is specified to be soft, but as yet is one pc of soft TPE plastic. Already other parts in the completed assembly have many ABS and TPE 2-shot and overmoulded parts. We can supply in Parasolid ProE or Solidworks. But this is where our expertise stops. We've seen training shoes that have what appears to be 4-shot moulded soles. We ask for a CAD designer conversant in what can or cannot be moulded using this technique and which materials to use. We are in the UK in Bucks. Can travel to you or work via tel & email. As long as you have good Engineering English. ?We think it is 5-6 days work for the right person. If you have the capability, we will likely want you to quote for tooling and moulding too. Once completed, we will require full ownership of the completed work. ?We may have subsequent requirements for more work after initial job is complete to increase range of designs. |

i have done such projects 3-4 times in past. this need a good mechanized mold to shot 4 colors. I think this projects will take minimum a week time (50Hours). I am submitting my price as $ 3000 ($60/hour). I assure you that my work will satisfy you. |
