| Project Description:
This project is to re-build a current web site or build from scratch if prefer by the developer as long as it has the same features I currently has plus the new ones needed. The project is to be developed in .net creating asp web sites. This site is currently hosted in our own server Windows 2003 IIS and the re-build version will be hosted in the same type of environment. The site currently connects to a mdb database and if possible the ideal situation will be to keep it the same. The site is a bidding site, like an auction (Ex. Ebay) but privately, so only people with login given by the administrator can bid. Prices will not show up, it will only show up to the administrator. The site should support 3 different types of login directing users to different places depending of their login and keeping in mind privileges. The site should have an administration page where the admin should be able to change text on the site to keep news updated and update stock list. Stock list should be uploaded by administrator in CSV format for example or any other practical format suggested by the developer. Then logged users should be able to choose quantities from stock list and put a price next to them to each item the user chose giving the user a subtotal and sending to an email, previously agreed by the administrator in the admin page, an email with the bidding from that specific user. It is very important to have good graphics and look very professional. Please notice that development time period is quite aggressive, so keep in mind the developer will have 20 days to do it. For good developers, this should be very easy, easy money. Please bid if you have good feedbacks and I will also need to see some work previously done by you to grade your work.
