"Freelancerchina is one of those unique service (available in English), to help buyer, contractor to find appropriate IT service man. Although it seems that the human cost in China is relative lower compare to developed countries, however lacking of qualified expertise and common sense is always inevitable due different culture background.
With our experience dealing with Freelancerchina, at first glance the feedback from website ticket system is not going to make you exciting; now we are sure that is mainly because of the language barrier between any particular programmer and outsourcing party. However once we had contacted their rep directly by IM and phone, everything changed ever since.
