The client runs an established software development company in the US.

The client needed Freelancerchina.com to help him to find long term, full time, dedicated PHP programmers for his company's growing programming needs. The programmers were required to possess expertise in PHP, Linux, HTML, CSS, Java Script, Smarty, SQL, Postgresql, Mysql, Microsoft SQL Server, JSP/Java and Ajax. Further developers were required to work on adding to, and modifying, a number of existing database-driven web sites under the client's direction.

According to the client's requirements, we first recommended four programmers and forwarded their resumes. We then helped the client to arrange online tests (PHP, CSS and JavaScript related) for each of the four developers. Two of the developers failed to exhibit the required expertise and were removed from the shortlist. After communicating on Skype with the remaining two developers, the client decided upon the one that best suited his needs. This developer gained a long term contract with the client and both sides were extremely happy with the agreement.
