| Project Description:
We are seeking a freelance web developer or team of freelancers to complete a dating website which is incomplete. The site should provide all the basic user and administration features commonly available in the industry. A good guide to functionality can be compared to aussiematchmaker under the Australian domain of au. Our preference is for Indian or Chinese freelancers. Strong English communication skills is a must, do not apply otherwise. Due to the failure of the previous developer this project needs to be delivered strictly in 14 days. At least 60-70% of the code is there, but editing, logic and so on needs to be applied. We are seeking a freelancer that can take on this project and future projects. In essence we want a permanent partnership. We current have 10 projects in hand. We are able to secure a number of project, as we basically under cut our Australian competitors by 50%, therefore we get a lot of work, but project fees are not great, but their are a lot of them. This would suit Chinese/Asian and Indian freelancers. Nevertheless, we are looking for professionals, we must see at least 5 projects you have completed and we will need phone contact references for projects you have completed. We strictly never pay in advance on 1st projects, however we will pay 40% up front on 2nd projects and there after, provided you have produce quality work and met all our deadlines. We will cancel projects immediately if quality or logic is not to standards or you progress is not diligently provided for our assessment. You will need access to a fax machine as contracts are strictly only faxed to you. Furthermore all projects must be run from our company servers and tested and proven to run according to our server specifications and settings. All work will be subject to contractual agreements, and failure to deliver according to the contractual agreement maybe result in our company seeking financial remuneration. In short, we want to work with trustworthy, diligent professionals.
