Similar Websites are: Tutor Matching - www.hottutor.com.hk/ Pay-pal Payment - www.tutoropolis.com/registersp.aspx This is simply a PHP/MySQL page matching tutors and students. Important info: - Pages in UTF-8 format, and need to support Chinese inputs in webpages and database. I would like to integrate the pay-pal payment system to my web for instant payment confirmation. Requirement: - Login page, It is actually the main page for tutors and studnets to login. If they have logged in and chose to save their login in cookies, they will automatically go to the page after login. This page also provide links to "quick search" and "forgot password items" - Registering page for tutors and students separately, These two pages require users to input their resumes/ time available to teach/be taught. (related much to job matching), The user agreement is shown to registerers at the bottom they have to click "i agree" before sumitting the registration. - a quick search page display results of student locations, bidding, and their requirements. - advanced search, students search for tutor with special parameters. Results are ranked by the total marks of the parameters. - for students : after they have posted their tutor request, they can actively search for tutors and invite them to bid on the postings. they can review their posting progress, if there is bidding from tutors, they can click "accept" to view the contact of the tutor. Posting automatically lapse after 3months -for tutor: after they have search for posting, they can click "bid" for the job. (they can only bid the job after they have paid the membership fee, in "points", deducted daliy.) - payment: they can select to pay online through pay-pal, and their "points" will be updated immediately. or they can send money to selected accounts, points updated manuelly by admin. - admin page: can search and select multiple users to query on their usage, times that being the successful bidder, "points" left and perform maintanence like add "points". can count statistics like how many tutors won bids more than 2 etc. - newsletter: biddings will be sent to tutors matching to students requirement |
