I need a programmer that is proficiant in .Net 2003, PDF4Net library see : http://www.o2sol.com/pdf4net/overview.htm ASP.Net and SQL server 2000 ADO.Net programming. In addition the system is coded in C# The screen is completed but requires that it be hooked into the workflow and the developement of a service that will take the request from the database and route that request to the appropriate user for varification. The certificate request screen requires a set of validation rules to be applied before the request can be saved. This will require a set of sql statements to be written that will retrieve the data from the database and then apply the business rules against the policy data to determine if the request can be made. |
