Simple Data Mining App for www.vcpoker.com I would like someone to design a small application that can go through the poker lobby and store the results of the 1v1 tables into a database. The application would allow me to search for a player and see how many games they have played, what stakes and there win rate for each stake and overall. I suggest you download the poker software (its free) at www.vcpoker.com and install it and then you can look at the lobby area. Once installed choose table tab, then choose single tourney tab, then on the left hand navigation tree choose holdem then NL. It shows a list of all the current table stakes. If you click on the stake it shows what games are currently available, what games are running and more importantly what games are finished. If you select a finished game the results for the tourney are shown in the box to the right and this is the information I want stored in a small databse app, for all 1v1 tournaments on vcpoker, so I can search for each player and see the information I require. I would prefer a programmer that has MSN messanger so we can discuss the project in detail before you start. Im sure for someone with the relevant knowledge this project is a simple task. If the task is complete successfully then I would want the same application made for other pokersites on the net. I also have some other related projects that I will give first choise to. Payment will be 50% on completion and 50% 1 week later after I have run the software for a week to be sure there are no little bugs. Thanks for taking the time to read. |
