This is an urgent project to be written in MySQL and PHP. Payment: I will pay 100% on testing on our servers. or 40%/60%. But I've been cheated before and I really don't want to take the risk again. I just need for it to be 100% in secure, reliable and working condition, if not I will be wasting my time and money. Rights: Swiftroute Pte. Ltd. will retain all rights as well as reseller rights.
