Hello Programmers We need a programmer to be able to re-program our current property website in .Net working with VB,SQL to add new functions to our current site. Please visit http://www.liveandletlive.com to understand what we do and how the site works. Our site is currently dynamically driven which we would like to improve upon. We need someone with advanced programming knowledge that will be able to add the following functions as well as update our current ones: 1.Audio visual slide display of property details which includes audio podcast for most proeprty details for let and for sale 2.Include, like we already do, update feeds to other portal sites like findaproperty.com, propertyfinder.co.uk, rightmove.com from our site administration so we only publsih information once to change all 12 or 13 portals and our site. 3. Because our site is database driven, we'd like to output each property page as html to go to sister html sites which improve organic listing and link ratings. 4. Include to use Virtual tours, using 3rd party software for people to view selected property. 5. Be able to change content on the home page - news, latest property instruction, just let or just sold properties and campaign visual. 6. Able to update sales home page as before 7. Able to update lettings home page as before 8. Able to update new homes page and listings 9. Give clients access via login to see searches and activity on their property, views, downloads of info, enquiries from the main site LLL and collective portal information. 10. Working in tandem with our inhouse property software to extract information such as viewings made on properties. 11. Map using Google Earth to zoom to different areas showing available properties by icon. Then, by clicking an icon you get to the property details page. We are open to any approaches or methods from serious programmers that will help the site be user friendly for our customers and updateable by internal staff.
