Site; www.propri.com; needs finishing off ASAP by a coder with advanced programming knowledge . Urgent request; max deadline 4 weeks, so only bid if you are going to keep to the deadline. Will only pay after everything is finished ‘exactly’ how I require. Propri is generally completed, however there are certain bits and pieces which need dealing with in order for it to go live. Propri is basically a property advertisement website, where individuals can advertise their properties privately for sell, let or hire; without the use of an estate or property agent. Clients can also advertise their businesses for sale. There is a basic registration page for all users to set-up an account with us. If the user requires to sell, let or place their property for hire, they will complete a second advanced registration in order to do this. The pages in which to input their advert details and pictures etc have been completed by the previous programmer, but may require some general tidying-up of the designs. To view the runnings of the site, please go to www.propri.com. For the moment the website works efficiently in Internet Explorer; we are looking for it to work properly in Firefox etc, so if you have the ability to do this also, let us know. Propri is coded in PHP/MySQL with some Java, HTML, HML, XSL and some Ajax. Previous Programmer is leaving for USA, so couldn’t complete; despite over-payment given to him. I need a functional spec for the site, which I can give you another 1 week to complete after it is running. If you know of any testers to test out the site after you complete in 4 weeks; let me know. We are moderately fluent in coding language, so we will require that after completion of each module; you upload to an external web server, so we can check over the code. We have all the code, access to the MySQL database, we can give you a dump of the database, and PHP coding. Propri will require: 1. A payment gateway for Worldpay. 2. An overseas search incorporating my variables and my design; based on the other searches already on Propri 3. Advanced searches for all property types, with different variables (I will give you these variables), for each property type 4. A business search incorporating my variables and design. 5. An accounts page for the registrant, detailing any properties/businesses they are selling/letting/hiring out; saved properties/businesses; saved searches, compare up to 4 properties or 4 businesses; payments made and reference numbers; email alerts, client property/business hits etc. (I will advise you on the structure and to incorporate my designs). 6. Google Earth map integration into the client’s property advertisement 7. Google Earth map integration into the Propri website, as another means for searching properties available, which will be shown as icons on the map. 8. An admin page, detailing payments received by registrants, messages sent out by server, and messages received on server. 9. An internal Propri messaging system (inbox/outbox/saved) required for the users. 10. I will also need to export property data to other sites such as propertyfinder.com, home.co.uk, fish4homes.co.uk, etc. 11. General tidying up of the site and optimization of the graphics to make it work faster 12. After completion, Propri will need to be uploaded to a dedicated server. The original Programmer did not leave any functional docs for the back-end, so you will have to be competent to understand the written database. Budget is not huge, as I paid the original Programmer more than the full amount he required; bear this in mind when bidding, however; will require a long-term relationship, as I have a multitude of other sites which need completing; which will be paid at very good rates. Great prospects for the right candidate who completes this site to deadlines specified and to my given spec. Please also remember that this site is not a template which can be adjusted easily, it is drawn up from scratch, and I will require you to work with me in accordance with the specifications I give you, ‘not’ how you choose to implement the designs. You will be required to sign an agreement of which will state that on working on this site, you will ‘not’ use any of the code, variables or design to start other property or advertisement sites which run basically the same, for other companies or individuals. You will also need to have good English skills, as we will need to converse with you over the telephone. Propri is governed under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act, 1988, and legal proceedings will be issued against any individual or individuals who choose to breach this Act.
