Hello. I need a game to developed like www.visual-utopia.com but with more features. It can be be coded anyway you want but they use ASP and JAVA. Basic Requirements: * Design a main website like you see when you go to www.visual-utopia.com with links to the Forum (can only click on it if you are logged in), Sign-Up (Dissapears when logged in), Settings, Chat (More about the Chat below), play (launches the actual game in a new browser window), Guide (Details on how to play the game I will type it all up), Support Us (More info below), Vote For Us (More info below) and Logout (appears when logged in only). * Design a Logo for the game that will be at the top of the main website will say the game name Utopian Realms. * * Design and code the actual game including the map (its very basic you can use this but just make it bigger and add a sea around it with two more islands, both the same sort of layout just one looks like a desert and one looks like a tropical island and then a series of very small islands that are just a small patch of grass with a couple of trees). * Create a chat system which is for players to communicate with each other live. Like a chatroom and it can be accessed from the main website or in-game by pressing the Chat button and it comes up but does not have a background when in-game and so the text comes up over the game but you can still see what you are doing. You type into a box and it displays instantly. Rude blocks will come up as stars. Players can create their own Channels by typing [New Channel] (with or without capital letters). The chat then prompts them to name it and give it a description (they can both be changed by entering either [New Name] or [New Description] when on the channel. The channel is assigned a number like 42 and whenever they or someone else wants to go to their channel they type [Channel #42]. The owner can change who is allowed to go to the channel by typing [Change Access] and they are asked to choose whether everyone can enter the channel or if only certain people can. If they choose the second option they must eenter the names of all the people who can access the channel. This feature is especially useful to Kingdoms and Allies. You can bookmark a channel by entering [Bookmark] whilst on the channel and then their will be a link to it on the chat, you can bookmark up to 5 channels. * A voting system so palyers can vote on sites like Top Web Games, Apex Web games etc and it rewards them. * * A part where players can pay using paypal and recieve stuff in-game. * * Insertion of a special html code from advertsising sites to display ads. * The game plays basically the same as www.visual-utopia.com. You create an account with a username (thats just for logging in not your in-game name) then you start palying. you choose your name Mr. Example. The Mr. bit is compulsory so it says something like Choose Your Rulers Name: Mr. (then a box after the Mr. part to put your name in and you pick your Empires Name. You then start in a newbie world which is just a map with the one person on and it explains the features of the game and then they must complete some quick objectives and they are moved to the main game. They start with one army called whatever their empire is called Settlers. It has 10 Peasants and 10 basic units. they can then move around to found their first city. Throughout the agem the palyer can found more cities which cost 10% more each time you build one. You can build buildings and train troops. There are 5 races Humans, Dwarves, Elves, Merfolk, Centaurs. They each have different bonuses. I will provide more details as required. Thankyou. |
