I am looking to hire a programmer to program a php/mysql money transfer, invoice, and bill payment website. The service will allow users to send money to anyone, allow users to invoice and receive payment for their invoice, and setup an account to have their bills paid. Users will receive a debit visa card which money will be transfered to. The site will need an admin back-end to monitor the all activity on the site, block ip addresses, email users, suspend users, etc. *** I DO NOT NEED GRAPHIC WORK.
