We require a database software package to be developed to take our UK mail order business administration to the next level. We currently operate a simple Excel spreadsheet system which is inefficient, slow to use and diffulct for our staff to administrate. We have considered using existing sales and stock software packages, but none have been able to adapt closely enough to our specific needs. One option we have considered is an Access Database, although you may want to suggest another platform when you make your quotation and also advise the benefits of your platform proposal. The database system will handle the input of Orders, Payments, Dispatches, Stock Control and Reports. The system should take an experience programmer no more than 2 or 3 days to develop., |
