| Project Description:
The site will be center aligned, although will need to appear as though it fills the screen no matter what resolution. I would prefer the site designed with no tables. A psd file will be provided, however you can see the jpg version here http://www.affordablewebs.com.au/pos/New/images/POS_Web%20Bground%20&%20General%20Concept_2.jpg It is easy to see that to create a banner that fills the full width; you will need to remove the left bridge pylon. This now gives you plain colours both left and right to work with. A small flash file needs to be created with just plain white text that displays on the left side of the bridge (see words to the text below). The flash also needs to display some vertical lines that appear as though they are scrolling back and forth to the right of the bridge pylon. The words will read: Multicultural, change to Family, then change to Relationship, then change to Love, and then change to Community. These words need to fade in and out and play on a continuous loop. The same goes for the vertical lines. The navigation links will be centered with the background colour of the navigation bar stretching the full width of the screen. The content area will be centered with the background image positioned top, no-repeat. The content area will need to be expandable vertically. We do not want the background image to repeat itself. The coloured horizontal line that has the words What’s On, Services & Location and Online Store needs to fill the full width of the screen. The same goes for the aqua horizontal line, which will be the footer. The 3 boxes (What’s On, Services & Location and Online Store) will contain text and therefore need to expand vertically. |
