Looking for an talented designer/programmer to make a website just like http://www.expertvillage.com and http://www.revver.com The site should have very similar functionality of both sites but with a different look and design. Basically; 1) User can create & login to their account. From here they should be able to upload a video of a certain size onto the site into certain categories. 2) The video must be approved by admin before it goes 'live' on the site. Once approved, it automatically goes live. 3) The admin should have a admin section so they can manage the site. There should be a section where the admin can create a separate account just for someone who works on approving the videos. 4) The videos should be able to be viewed by visitors by streaming it to their computers. 5) The videos should ideally be resizable. 6) It is very important that the admin can attach a static .GIF or .JPEG file to the end of the video so it shows immediately after the video has finished playing. If the video is downloaded by someone, it is important that the .GIF or .JPEG picture is embedded and downloaded with the video and shown at the end. That's the basic function of the website and should be very closely likened to www.ExpertVillage.com and/or www.revver.com. The design should look better and there are a few extra little features that we will forward to the programmer on the specification sheet. We will provide more details on enquiry and also provide the design/look of the site (it should be clean and neat). Payment will be made 50% on completion and 50% after 1 week of testing to ensure any bugs are ironed out. We need the site ASAP upto a maximum of 30 days., |
