| Project Description:
We are producing e-learning modules for an e-learning company. Our customer provides ready designs in Producer format and we need to produce them in Flash whereafter they deliver them over the web or on CDs to their clients. The client is making one CD per month and the time it takes to convert it from Producer to Flash is 4-7 days on average. The client want us to do a first production and if they are happy they want us to become the "factory" producing these jobs ongoing every month. 1 week of work per month. Adrena needs this competence more than for this client so if the work is of high quality and the relation is good we can increase the amount of work from 1 week per month to more than that. The setup is: 1. test project for a first production (real production but called test since the purpose is to be able to decide for a long term relationship both for adrena and for the end customer) 2. 1 week project per month for x months 2. |
