Availability bookings script similar (within interllectual copyright standards) to that available from: http://www.booking-tracker.com - you can sign up for a demo account to check out the interface and operation. Our version of the script would normally be dedicated to a single domain (each installation) and have a correspondence interface with clients making bookings (see below). However the ability to 'host' multiple renters (with one or more properties) in the manner of the example would be an advantage. A useful PHP class for this project can be found at: http://georgiost.users.phpclasses.org/browse/package/1870.html The example system has no interface to advise the client making a booking that their booking has been accepted (or denied) nor any easy e-mail panel for the script owner to communicate with the person making the booking afterwards. We need this thoroughly addressed including the faility to keep a simple log of such email in the dbase along with the booking.. We do not need either payment gateways or payments online. However the ability to authorise credit cards (validity only) in order to secure bookings would be nice although no payment would be made. This feature should be owner-optional/configurable (on/off). Equally the owner interface should permit simple CSS styling in the manner of the example system. Please confirm that all supplied code will be: 1) Standard PHP 4.0/MySQL compatible (with globals off) 2) Completely open (no ioncube etc.) 3) Properly documented and commented 4) Structured in a professional and segmented manner with config file(s) holding the embedded variable values 4) Suitable for several (or more) installations on any/many domain(s)/server(s) we choose. 5) Beta tested and proved by ourselves before completion. 6) Entirely and completely our own property with full owner rights Thank you for your time and attention.
