The web developer is to have experience in: PHP (important), MYSQL, Xml, JavaScript, CMS (Joomla), Flash, xhtml, Databasing, e-commerce, Linux and Apache. The developer is to be available by instant Messenger (MSN or Yahoo), Skype and Email. MUST be fluent in English.
