I need a person to visit the super pages (unless there is a better source) website and compile a list of doctors in the DC, Maryland (only PG, Montgomery, Ann Arundel and Baltimore), Virginia (Falls Church, Alexandria, Vienna, Fairfax, Herndon, Leesburg & Manassas) areas. The specific fields required are: first name, last name, address 1 / 2 (if there is a second line), city, state, zip, phone and specialty (this can be created in an access database or excel spreadsheet – your choice). It is very important that those bidding on this project put forth a total price for this project and not an hourly rate. Additionally, a time estimate would also be good to have as well - there will most likely be follow-on work for the chosen professional in other areas of data collection once the collected data is fully analyzed. |
