| Project Description:
I am looking for someone to design and code a small standalone windows application to do the following: 1. Import any image (any size, resolution and any of the popular types including; JPEG, GIF,TIFF, BMP) 2. Provide the ability to both import a text file (TXT/CSV etc.) and input text directly within the application (no limit to number of characters) 3. Merge the selected image and text to create a montage, where the colours in the image are replaced by characters from the imported or inputted text. The result is an image made up of text characters, but which is easily recognised as the original image (see examples images at URLs given below) 4. Resulting image/text montage is easily exported as JPEG, GIF etc. of various sizes 5. The application will provide flexibility in terms of permitting adjustment of the following attributes: ĦĦĦĦa. Font used including type, size, bold etc. ĦĦĦĦb. Size of exported image ĦĦĦĦc. Spacing of text line and character spacing ĦĦĦĦd. Colour, brightness and contrast/Gamma of image montage To provide a basic idea of output. Another significant problem that occurs with existing ASCII art applications is that the output image is always very dark, due to the black background. |
