| Project Description:
Need an industrial strength mobile content delivery platform/system to be developed so that mobile/cellular phone content can be delivered to handsets. Must be able to handle content campaigns and subscriptions which can be sent depending on specified intervals. Initially need to be able to send text content via SMS and then moving over to binary (wallpapers and ringtones) with WAP pushes. Require backend lightweight CMS so that the content can be stored ready to be sent out. Need full reporting of number of pieces of content sent out and ability to search for mobile numbers of users who have 'subscribed' to the system. Require subscription portion so that subscribers can be sent content depending on selected schedules. Will work in phases so can be staged delivery. Need to be able to integrate this to telco lines via API. |
