Hello, I would like to find a PHP Programmer for an existing script that is similar to myspace.com. I'm on Pacific Standard Time, and would prefer to communicate with you during 5PM - 1AM my time, which I believe its 16hrs behind China's Schedule. We are estimating this project will take about 23hrs to complete. And budget will be under $250, i couldn't change the approximate budget shown on the drop down below. |
