Able to code in VB or any 3GL language to have an installable MS Outlook plugin to do the following. 1. When user of outlook sends email, it will automatically bcc a specified address. This email should not be in the sent items. All attachments and text or html should be sent off. 2. The address will be centrally managed on a server on the internet depending on the user's email address. 3. All received emails need to be also Bcc to an email address specified as above. 4.
