Overview: The program will: 1. Download patent's from the United States Patent office. 2. Do a search for patents using either the Google or United States Patent web site. 3. Save the patent information in the pdf format. 4. The demo version will limit the number of patents downloaded to 10, and the number of results from a search to 10. Program Requirements: 1. Program is done in C++ with a GUI interface. 2. Any text manipulation of web page should be done by calling a Perl module (if possible). I understand Perl and want the ability to modify the text manipulation process if Google changes the web page. If you do not know Perl or think this is not efficient then just let me know - not a big deal. More details are in zip file. |
