Would like a music battle system to work with Vbulletin 3.6.X I Uploaded an example of an earlier system that is no longer updated or supported by the aurthor which was for version 3.0.x Vbull is PHP and Mysql. Ideas @ this point When someone wins a battle it automatically adds it to their win count and the opposite if they lose. ---- (The next feature would be later purchase but its importance relys on the battle system allowing this to happen) Ranking: Ranked depending on the score they have. (possible numbers or avatars) ---- A way to make known that there are battle in progress maybe a box with scrolling text in it or highlighted thread names would be good. ---- system where you can challenge other Mc’s and it automatically sends them a pm and an email telling them that they have been challenged by another person in the forum. ---- Also an area where each persons battles are saved into a library showing all their battles and whether they had won or lost that battle. This could be for each individual user or a general thing. Also the same idea when there are open battles and battles that need votes. ---- This will be for written text thru the forums and hopefully audio. Audio could be a already made MP3 thats uploaded thru the battle system then alows others to play it once both songs are uploaded with the possiblity to link their songs also from another site. then once both songs are in place they will becomes available for listening and voting. (possibly text the same, once both verses are entered it opens it for all to view and vote. ---- and i think finally a voting system that allows structured votes possibly setable in admin mode, possibly a small selection box that aprears after the battle is opened, both musicians on each side and you would check who one on each detail and click submit and the system would determine the winner with the most details on that vote. possible a place for comments. -this is not set in stone. a simpler system is also appreciated. Ok, most other details can be worked out once a comfortable price is reached. |
