What I am looking for is someone with MS Access and Outlook skills. What i need is to be able to link/transfer contacts (name, surname, company name, mobile number, fax, email and phone number) to Outlook Contacts. Software versions are MS Access is 2003, Outlook is 2003. I would like to have a button on one of the ms access forms and by pressing that it would run a query that picks up all changed or new records and transfers them to outlook contacts. For example Name should go nto Name field in outlook, surname in surname field etc. One consideration is how to avoid inserting duplicates into outlook. We need this sorted quickly hence short time for bidding and development. The budger is limited. For those that have done some work and are interested , i will be awarding this project by the end of the week, and would like it completed next week. I will send ms access database to selected bidder. Quick and reliable developer at reasonable price will win the project. |
