The parts of this estimate are as follows: Web site design Web site construction This site is for a local kitchen/bathroom cabinetry distributor who sells Armstrong cabinets to the Central Florida (US) market. ***Web Site Custom Design*** A simple, elegant custom design will be created. Goals of this Phase Create a simple uncluttered custom design, that is modern, high-end (without being too high end), and professional ***Web Site Construction *** Take Web site design and build it out into a working site using essential Web standard tools such as HTML/CSS/PHP/Javascript. Steps to Take. Construction of 6-8 page site plus about 200 catalog pages, and templates in a search engine friendly manner. Sections include: -Home page -About Us -Testimonials -Home Owners Copy -Contractors Copy -Contact Us -Request an Estimate w/form -Browse Catalog ---Spider the cabinets catalogue here and then include it on the site with the sites header and footer. http://www.armstrong.com/rescabam/na/cabinets/en/us/ -Build out of two contact forms, with testing -Request an Estimate, approx 20 fields -Contact Us Form, under 20 fields -Layout of all content in a consistent and user friendly format using CSS for easy formatting updates -Search engine optimization -Local on page search engine optimization for local area keywords (i.e. orlando kitchen cabinets, etc) -Launching site live, and testing -Final deliverables is a working web site live on the Internet Goals of this Phase Generate high-quality local leads for services Promote the business in the local search engines through SEO Brand business as the only distributor in Central Florida, meet anyone's needs at any price We are estimating that the cabinets, and cabinets hardware section of the online catalogue is about 200 pages, based on a google site: return, but please verify this with your own review. I will proved all content, as well as a project profiler document to lead you in the design of the site. This profiler includes things like the colors to use, the style, and example sites that we like and dislike. I will also provide the information to FTP and administrate a hosting account for this site. I will also provide a site map hierarchy. All photostock to be used in this project should be pulled from istockphoto.com or fotolia.com and used in mockups. Once photos are approved I'll buy the license and you can place the final images in the site. Newly added descriptions: Let me just clarify a few requirements because I don't think they were clear enough in my original description. 1) For the catalogue, we don't need to allow purchases online or to take payments. Really this is just a browsable catalogue so someone can see the products available, but they will have to fill out the request an estimate form to be contacted and get a quote. 2) Concerning SEO work: to clarify, what I'm looking for is SEO work on the companies name, plus local area keywords related to cabinets. So for example, I'd like the site optimized for things like: Orlando Custom Cabinets, Orlando Cabinets, Orlando Cabinetry, Orlando Kitchen Cabinets, etc. And to also optimize for a handfull of other cities nearby. I hope this makes sense. Please let me know what you think. I'd rather pay for a one time optimization up front than continued optimization after that. I don't need link building, just on page SEO work. 3) I don't require hosting services. Thank you. |
