Looking for a young talented VB.Net developer who is passionate about software. Do you spend your evenings reading www.codeproject.com, do you scan www.codeplex.com and http://sharptoolbox.com/ for new components do you read the dailygrind rss feed from http://www.larkware.com/. I am a successful and experienced developer/architect and require a coding partner to work together with the intention of forming a Micro ISV. My current role as head of architecture in a very successful London based software company means I have little spare time and as such I am looking for somebody who can take on the main coding activity with myself providing the financial backing and the infrastructure, project management, architecture review and some programming resource where possible. Initially I can pay a rate of ?20 daily with the intention of a profit based bonuses and rate increases when the software ships. I appreciate this is a low rate and as such it may suit a developer based in Asia or Eastern Europe. I have a number of micro software projects in mind with the intention of shipping a product every 3 to 6 months. |
