We are looking to develop component for our church (non-profit) website design business. This component must be compatible with Joomla 1.0.12. and 1.5. Members Center: 1) New user can see every section on the site except Directory section. 2) Directory section 2.a. Login page with a Welcome message on it. 2.b. Search page. Search is possible by Member Name or by First letter of the member name. 2.c. Search result. List of found members, with links "View profile" and "e-mail this member" near each member. 3. Private message system between members. Individuals and Families * Names, addresses, phone numbers, birth dates, family relationships * Skills and interests * Photos - individual and family - Up to 12 picture per family. * Reports - members, birthdays, anniversaries, baptisms, membership history, photo directory, phone list, skills, and many more * Customize report content - flexible selection criteria * Export to Word, Excel * Easily create e-mail messages to individuals and groups Customization * User defined text fields, checkbox fields, and date fields * Default values for data field inputs can be customized to save data entry time * Reports - flexible choice of selection criteria and report results ? Security * Access is limited to defined users with a User Name and Password assigned by the "security administrator'. this will only occurs after login and the system will present a page to them when they select members section, and they will be required to enter an access code created by the admin. * "Role' base authorizations. Access to each function can be selectively granted to only those users who have the responsibility to maintain the information and create reports based on it. * Uses easy to understand names for roles. For example, users who manage information about groups are granted "Group Manager" authority. Ability to provide link to the following by the admin : Upcoming Events Church Calender Newsletter. The menu for the members directory will be arrange nicely on top of the members section and the bottom. and the ability to add four menu tot he top menu and bottom menu from the admin. Ability to manage from front view. The component must be user friendly and re-brandable by us. Front end management a definite plus! We need Joomla component, with Module, advanced search module and Plugins. Must be familiar with Joomla to bid. |
