ĦĦĦĦI currently have a website called www.knowabouttorrington.com. I want to basically duplicate the site with some additions such as: classified ad system (with backend to track revenue), Discussion forum for people in each community to talk about schools, town happenings, etc. I want to relaunch the website under the "FindItIn" domains, such as www.finditintorrington.com I need the site designed to be be able to duplicate for multiple towns, and I want the data to be shared across all towms. The current Knowabout website is much like a yellowpage site with listings of businesses and upgraded listings available. I want the new sites to have the same listing structure, but I want more interactivity such as the forums and the classifieds. Revenue on the site will be made from Advertising. So I will need to have a banner ad system, as well as the same business listing system (with a new look) as the Know about site. I need the classified system to be free for non-businesses and real-estate, etc will be charged to create a revenue stream. The website will need a backend to manage ads, and track billing as well as an easy way to update listings, classifieds, manage forums, etc. I am not a website programmer nor am I an graphic designer, so I will need the site designed from the ground up including graphics and a logo.
