We are looking to develop a website with the following requirements 1. It is a word processing service/presentation development where the buyers will post their articles (any file format) on which developers can bid. The developers will post their finished work (any file format) back on the site. Needs database functionality. 2. HAs PayPal functionality built in for payments. Newly added descriptions: Hi there Further requirements of the website. We need a website where various persons can log in and upload articles. The articles should be uploadable in any format including MS word and PDF or as images. There should be an option for the articles to be faxed to document to the same location. People should have login and password facilities and ways to retreive the password if forgotten. they should have a link to their email to retreive passwords. At the time of the first login the user must enter his Institution name, City zip code in separate lines. Service providers should be able to log in and accept articles. They will then upload their works (usually in powerpoint format) back onto the website for the project owner to download and use as needed. There shoud not be a way for the buyer and seller to communicate much like freelancerchina website. People should be able to pay the website owner(or a designated account) by credit card, PayPal. Payments will only be charged when the work is accepted. The work should be viewable but not downloadable for the user. Once he accepts the work he shouls make a payment and then be able to download the work as many times as needed. Buyers should be able to rate the quality of the work done by each bidder. |
