I am looking for a provider who can use Power Point and Camtasia Studio 4 to create a video presentation for DVD and for a website. You will be given the audio part of the program and the complete lecture script. You should use the lecture script and relevant photos or graphics to create Power Point slides and then put them together with the audio files to create a Camtasia Studio 4 presentation. This presentation is to be delivered online and by DVD. The project has multiple segments of between 20-40 minutes and your bid should reflect your fee for this amount. Each segment will be awarded separately. It is possible for providers who work quickly and efficiently to be awarded multiple segments. This project is the first of many I will be doing this year and in the coming years. Part of my goal in posting this project is to identify highly qualified and responsible providers with whom I can work on a frequent basis in the coming years. Hiring procedure: After I screen out unqualified candidates, I will provide candidates with a 2-5 minute audio segment and the relevant text. The candidate will take these and create a video presentation. This should take a qualified provider very little time to do and it will give me an idea of the quality of your work. I expect this back in 48 hours. Your work will be judged on the quality of work as well as adherence to the deadline. The timeline for the project is very important. If you are chosen: If you are chosen to be one of the providers for this project, I will send you the audio files you will need and the relevant text for the Power Point presentation. I would like to see the Power Point slides in 48 hours. I will return them to you within 48 hours with the relevant corrections and then you will have 6 days to complete the project. You will then send the project to me for inspection. I will send it back with the necessary corrections within 48 hours. You will complete these corrections and have it back to me in 48 hours. Thus, the timeline for the project is 2 weeks. At the end of the project, I would like to have: 1-the final version of the Power Point slides 2-the Camtasia Studio 4 video of the Power Point slides 3-the final Camtasia Studio 4 video for DVD 4-the final Camtasia Studio 4 video for the website I will own full exclusive rights to all parts of the project. You will be permitted to use segments of your work to add to your professional portfolio. Payment: The agreed upon payment will be awarded as follows: All the funds will be placed in escrow. 10% will be paid with the completion of the Power Point slides. 40% will be given with the approval of the initial video presentation 50% will be given with completion of the project. Bonuses and Penalties: The total timeline for the project is 2 weeks from the date you are sent the materials. The deadlines are as listed above. It should be quite easy for a qualified responsible provider to meet all the deadlines. Your portion of the project is 10 days. You will receive a 20% bonus if you complete your portion of the project in 8 days or less. Also, you may be asked to bid on the remaining parts of the project. The project should be finished in 14 days. There is a 10% penalty for each day the final project is late. This penalty will not apply if the reason it is late is because I was late returning you the materials. |
