Debian Sarge XEN VPS: - General optimisation - Security: a LOT of work to be done in this area. - Apache optimisation: dropping soon in favour of Nginx. - *VirtualMin administration: updates, tests (had some problems with updates), customisation, scripting, etc. - Nginx integration/administration. - Cluster/redundancy/load balancing: help us build-in fault-tolerance and redundancy, i.e. Dynamically create Amazon EC2 instances. - *Python &/or Perl experience viewed favourably. * Ideal but not essential. Newly added descriptions: This project is a trial for a long-term developer. With this in mind I would like to break up the current bid into 5 deliverables; each with a set-fee. When these 5 deliverables are successfully completed (the cost, work involved and deadline can be negotiated by YOU before starting) I will offer an ongoing wage for support in a similiar capacity. NOTE: These initial tasks I consider circa $1000 USD, ADDITIONAL work will be worth beyond $2500 |
