| Project Description:
We require sports arbitrage software to scan about 100 bookmaker sites for event odds and convert them into Arbs. We are searching for a developer who is interested to create a Web Crawler that collecting information about a website and send this information to a central XML RPC. For this project is required: - experience in a similar comparison project for betting odds (ideally tht you have create an arbitrage application for other company) Sound knowledge of java , php, macro, vbscripting, CGI, asp. - know sport, type of odds, comparison match and other to create a comparison service for every match from all bookmakers The final result is: -A linux server based sports arbitrage crawler to scan about 100 bookmaker sites for event odds and convert them into Arbs. - comparison service interface for all match (for all match in necessary to view odds for all bookmaker that quote this match) - calculate if exists an arbitrage for all match. Basic requirements: - Live feeds from over 100 Bookmakers - Arbitrations calculated automatically - Selected default amount for trading can be changed anytime - Amount to trade on each bookmaker calculated automatically - Profit calculated automatically - Sports: all sports to make arbitrage betting - Select the % arbitrage for a warning alarm to sound - Log trades and Arbitration History - Detailed info for any bookmakers (the admin insert this information with a form). - Arbitrations refreshed every 60 seconds or as desired - Choose odds notation - Choose date format -Secure members accounts Roboform intergration -Ability to connect directly to the displayed odds arbitrage information and place pre defined staking limits. - User Guide Program functions: - Craw the web for sports data - Collecting unknow sites and add them to the crawl queue - Save the requested information in a xml file - It must be possible to run mutiple crawlers on different locations at the same time - The program must use threads for speed! - Crawling speed is verry important, (say ± 15mpbs >) - Request a job (list of urls) from a remote server (xml) - Send jobs results (xml file with results) to a remote server - Respect the robots exclusion standard - Use a keep-alive request where possible - Showing the progress and statistics of the crwaling job Configuration - Crawling depth - Crawling speed on different times, or system activity - Number of threads - User agent of the crawler - List of domains that will not be crawled - List of know applications, statics, sdvertisements etc - List of RBL servers to check Statistics specifications: - Speed (kpbs/mbps, no bytes but bits!) - Failed dns recolving - Failed connections - Time left for the current job - Time running for the current job All source codes will be wholly delivered and considered work on demand. If you have already developed an arb application, I, would like to discuss with you for any other information to build this project (assistance, upgrade, etc).
