I have been working with developers & designers from China. I paid on this web site 3 times before. I am looking for a very experienced Javascript & XHTML & CSS person that I can interview and test. During the interview, I see the developer's desktop (via gotomeeting or livemeeting app) and ask questions about JS & XHTML & CSS. If you have at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in JS & XHTML & CSS then express your available time for a test. If you are not exprienced then don't waste both of ours time. Some questions about JS could be: making AJAX calls Show/Hide DOM elements Add/remove DOM elements Autocomplete textbox Drag & Drop functionality in JS What is the difference between span & DIV etc....
