| Project Description:
I need a MS Access Database to manage Contacts and their policies.We are looking at about 10-15 tables, 10-15 forms (including 5 for maintaining references), some reports, a number of queries. There is a need to have good search through the client records. It would require Printing, Print to PDF, Emailing as PDF or MS Word, Mail merge, Export to Excel. Some transition of data from screen to screen would be required (ie once an enquiry record gets added and than we decide to create a client record from it and we will transfer what we already captured to the newly created client record) I will provide the Data Dictionary and the initial layout of the database tables. I need someone that has done this before and that feels comfortable with the scope of the job. Also a requirement would be to be online daily and for fair amount of time so we can work on it and get regular progress update. I will be online most of the time and will be able to support you. timeframe is 2-4 weeks with initial version being available after 2-2.5 weeks. |
