| Project Description:
We need a PHP web form containing a couple of fields and a small Flash file (500 x 200 pixels) that allows painting with the mouse on it. The purpose of this Flash movie is to allow the people filling the form to draw their signature with the mouse. Upon submitting the form, the canvas should be saved to a JPEG file which will be sent to an email address, together with the details filled in the form by the user. You have to create a small PHP form with a couple of fields, the Flash signature file at the end and a submit button, to demonstrate the functionality. Note: The JPEG file should only contain the canvas with the signature (not the mouse cursor or the clear button or anything else). Note: The pen size should be of 2 x 2 pixels, and can't be changed by the user.
