Hello there, we have built a J2ME midlet that streams Shoutcast internet stations on the users mobile phone. The midlet is pretty much complete. However we are having difficulties keeping the audio stream constant. With MMAPI limitations we had to use two buffers that switch between each other to keep the stream continuous, however we hear a short half second stop inbetween the buffers and makes the listening experience unfavorable. (especially in higher bitrate stations) We require an experienced J2ME programmer to look at our finished code and make the neccessary fix or correction so that we have 'seemless' streaming without stops. Only respond if serious, and can complete project quickly. |
