Project Description:
We are in the process of choosing several data input virtual assistants. The work requirement is primarily Data Entry and requires very little technical skill (no programming, web design, etc.). As real estate brokers, we have certain sellers of real estate properties who have authorized us to market their properties. The responsibility of the assistant will be to make sure that my website is kept current with the properties these sellers have on their web sites (and/or from emails from me). The assistant will be authorized to manage these sellers and their respective properties through the "Admin" portion of our site. Expectations: Speed of work and price per hour are important! I expect quick and efficient usage of time. I would like to establish a positive, trustworthy business relationship with an assistant who is proactive and keeps me informed. I prefer questions to clarify a task, rather than my time being wasted guessing or completing work incorrectly. I would like to do a 1-week trial with a maximum of 10 hours per week, with a check-in/review after the first 3 hours. If this is a positive experience, you can expect more hours on a weekly, or bi-weekly, or monthly basis. We anticipate several positions of at least 20 to 30 hours per week. Additional Requirements: * You will be required to sign our Independent Contractor Agreement * You must be able to do partial Web-based research for assigned sellers * You must have a good command of the English language. * You must have your own computer with DSL or broadband connection to the Internet * You must be well organized and with a strong attention to detail * You must have excellent writing skills. * You must have knowledgeable and access to Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Adobe Acrobat. * You must be able to work with minimal supervision * Having Skype is a plus!
