Design and create a website using dotnetnuke, with all the features from Rentals .com for front end of the site and buildium .com for the landlord/ property management side. Will have to be able to accept payment. Will have to have affiliate program Need the ability to easily allow landlords to create their own home page (such as landlordsite.mysite.com . The ability to name their home page, by putting in a name and it will search and see if it is taken, then it will create a page for them. Will need graphic work, Banners, need icons for dozens of different features. The site will have several different types of users, Landlords, property managers, tenants, and people looking to rent.
