| Project Description:
This project will design a new framework to support a niche user content site. The site will be a visually appealing, web 2.0 inspired destination site with content tailored to a particular demographic. All graphic design is being completed by a professional ad agency and graphic design firm. The site will include wiki functionality to build and maintain user-generated content, user blog tools to allow users to create their own blog on the site and a learning management system to help users track their progress throughout a customized lesson plan. Additional features typically found on social networking sites will also be included, such as a private user-to-user email system, "friend network", and template customization tools. Attached is a detailed listing of functional/technical requirements currently identified for this project. Everything that has currently been identified for this project is contained in this document and any details missing are currently open for discussion with the selected programmer.
