I am looking for a serious and responsible PHP/MySQL programming with at least basic JS knowledge. PLEASE, don't reply/bid if you are representing a company - I WON'T be dealing with anybody else except developers. PLEASE read the full project description before bidding. Any messages without either reasonable bid or thoughtful question will be ignored. I am looking only for somebody, who could work full time for this project ----------------------------------------------- We have a big redesign project going on and need some help to complete it. We have all new html design elements integrated into the design already, but there are a) some bugs remaining b) few additional php/js elements not done. Things left to do are: a) as you can see, when moving mouse over "Composers","Performers" or "Conductors", there is a AJAX menu displayed, giving ability to view most popular Composers and so on by the first letter of their last name. Same type menus are needed in 8 more places. As the menu itself is using simple JS framework, enabling to create the menu with 2 lines of code, your only task will be to create the back end file, which will be accessing the database and returning relevant results. As the database contains about 70 tables, that might be not super easy, as usually the data will be split at least into two tables. b) as you can see here, there is an additional "refine" menu once you selected specific composers, conductor or any other browsing criteria ( http://hbdirect.digitalpipelines.com/new/browse_classical.php?&v[0]=composer&composer=A&do=specific_composer&specific_composer=Abe,+Keiko ) . Similar menus will be in all 5 categories (classical, jazz, blues, international and "more genres"). Once again, I have JS to display the data, your task will be to get that data from the db and plug it in. c) debugging. I have the changes done on the old design now, so you will need to compare two file versions and make necessary changes. d) integrating remaining not yet integrated design elements. Also, once done, the website should be cross-browser compatible By biding for this project, you ACCEPT the following rules: a) once the bid is accepted and full access to the files and db is given, in the course of 24 hours we will agree on a strict schedule, stating when each of the above tasks will be completed. The schedule will be posted on RAC so that both parties can always refer to it; b) at the end of every working day, you will post a message on RAC stating what has been done. I am a developer by myself, so even technical descriptions are ok. c) failing to comply to these rules gives a full power for the buyer to cancel the project and look for another developer. Newly added descriptions: Please attach a piece of sample PHP code and send few links to you r most recent PHP works. Once again, I am looking for somebody who could work on this project full time, so if you already have a day job and are looking for just some additional income, this project is not for you. |
