We have a website currently with a quote form but we need to change it to give an instant price after they have submitted there details. Quote for here: http://www.ultimatestag.com/quick_quote.php At the moment, the form is an email form and the client has to reply manually which defeats the object of having online quote form. With the new quote form, there are five resorts, each having different prices through out the year for the hotels and excursions. For example, Janurary will be cheaper than July. The final price also changes depending on how many people are going. We offer deals, if 20 people go, one person goes free. As you can see when playing around with the form, when choosing a resort type, the type of excursions change depending on the resort and the prices appear next to each excursion. When ticking an excursion, this will be added to the final price. Depending on how many days they have chosen depends on how many excursions they can have. This will have to be built into the quote system. Normally, each day has one night excursion and one day excursion. We would like the form to be accesable to we can change the resort prices throughout the year, excursions, adding resort and taking them away. etc. At the end, when the price is shown on the final quote, there will be the option to pay online. I have the payment form ready but will need some php editing in order for the form to work with the new system. regards, James |
