| Project Description:
we have phpbb installed for our community, and oscommerce installed for our shopping cart. We want to link the mysql databases. when someone joins the community they are able to log into oscommerce with he same user name. We need the database's linked. so that name, address, city, etc, is all the same. If the user updates their phpbb profile, it updates the oscommerce profile. If the user updates their oscommerce profile, it updates the phpbb profile. Newly added descriptions: We also want to modify the way you log into phpbb, and make it so you use your email address instead of user name. this way the login process is consistent for phpbb and oscommerce. |
