I require a single 'bare bones' web page front / backend that will upload a video file, transcode using ffmpeg-php to an FLV, and store that file on my server. The user experience would be : "Browse" file to upload. Hit "Go!" button. View Progress Bar. "Submission Complete" message when completed. All scripts must be fully commented to allow further development. Successful completion may lead to a number of ffmpeg-php and PHP based projects.
