| Project Description:
I need a very sleek design for a new concept search engine website. Website can either be in flash or not but is not require. This design must also have branding included, I'd like to have an overall company branding/website design with this project. This design must be simple and have a form of internal windowing system. Meaning the user types in a query and a virtual window within the webpage opens up/is moveable/scrollable/can contain any type of content/closeable/zoomable/etc (must also support having multiple windows/tabs). It must be dynamic, IE no page reloading/AJAX. This design must incorporate a very low profile menu that doesn't get in the users way. This design/branding will also need to be applied to a webhosting website. The search bar will tie into basic javascript/ajax functions that will be developed in house, all that is required is working skeleton functions be provided for several aspects of the design. Bidder must be English & Mandarin speaking. I'd prefer email and aim contact methods, possible phone too. I do not have any preferred development methods/languages to use in this project only that it get done. This is the first part of the project and may lead to further work.
