1) I need a website/BLOG similar to http://www.curbed.com/ . I want to be able to post entries, picture and allow users to add comments. 2) In addition to posting blog entries I want the top portion of the site to incorporate all of Zillow API, this includes Home Valuations API and Property Details API Please go here for information: http://www.zillow.com/howto/api/APIOverview.htm 3) I want this site to be be built on the Joomla! Content Management System 4) I want to be able to control advertising on the site as well, using the Joomla/Adbrite extension: http://adbrite.joomladder.com/ 5) I will provide all graphics. This includes the overall layout, buttons, images, headers etc. 6) I basically just need someone to code the site and incorporate the Zillow API.
