Project Description: We need a "review" website where users can log in and post reviews for certain items. Upon posting the system will calculate and average rating for the product. I represent a British software engineering company called Bit-Simple Technologies Ltd. We perform most of our development with a team of British and Chinese software engineers who are based in Anhui Province, China and who are directly part of the company (not out-sourced).

We have considerable experience in within the company of web based applications and services. Using JSP, J2EE, Struts, hibernate etc. Examples of our recent work include several corporate intranet applications for large clients using Java and JSP. Our staff have developed and deployed online work-flow systems for local government and national government departments in the UK and in China as well as for private enterprises in those and other regions.
